Terms and Conditions for Unlimited Class Memberships:

  1. Classes are run by Qualified Allied Health Practitioners

  2. Membership Fees and Payment:

    • Payment for membership fees will be processed automatically on a weekly basis through the provided payment method.

    • Any changes to payment details must be updated in the member's account profile or communicated to Movewell Administration promptly to avoid payment interruptions.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but notice must be given at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

    • Upon cancellation, access to classes and membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  4. Suspension of Membership:

    • Members may suspend their membership for a maximum of 3 months per calendar year, with each suspension lasting no longer than 6 weeks at any one time.

    • Suspension requests must be submitted in writing or via Movewell reception at least 7 days prior to the desired suspension start date.

  5. Refund Policy:

    • Membership fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on the part of Movewell or other extenuating circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  6. Medical Clearance:

    • All members receive a complimentary medical check with a health care practitioner (scheduled at the next available appointment time that is mutually suitable) to ensure they are fit to engage in physical activity and to guide the member which classes will be most beneficial.

    • Movewell reserves the right to deny participation if the medical check indicates any health concerns that may pose a risk.

  7. Liability and Waiver:

    • Members acknowledge and accept that they participate in exercise classes at their own risk and agree to release Movewell from any liability for injuries or health issues arising from participation.

  8. Changes to Membership Terms:

    • Movewell reserves the right to modify membership terms and conditions, including pricing, with a minimum of 30 days’ notice to members


Terms and Conditions for One-Off Exercise Classes:

  1. Booking and Payment:

    • One-off class bookings must be made and paid for in advance through the online booking system or in person at the Movewell Administration desk.

  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class to receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Class Rescheduling:

    • Participants can reschedule their booked class to another available time slot up to 1 hours before the original class time.

    • Rescheduling within 1 hours of the class start time is not permitted and will result in forfeiture of the class fee.

  4. Medical Clearance:

    • First-time participants must complete a brief medical questionnaire to ensure they are fit to engage in physical activity.

    • Movewell reserves the right to deny participation if any health concerns are identified.

  5. Liability and Waiver:

    • Participants acknowledge and accept that they participate in exercise classes at their own risk and agree to release Movewell from any liability for injuries or health issues arising from participation.

  6. Class Changes and Cancellations:

    • Movewell reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided to participants as soon as possible.

    • In the event of a class cancellation by Movewell, participants will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule to another class.

  7. Code of Conduct:

    • All participants are expected to adhere to the Movewell code of conduct, including respecting instructors and fellow participants, using equipment properly, and maintaining personal hygiene.

    • Movewell reserves the right to deny access to any participant who fails to comply with the code of conduct.
